Date of Report:   March 1, 2010
    Trail Conditions:   Fair
    Snow Cover:   15 inches

Area Report:   Presque Isle/Winchester grooming has been suspended until we get snow. Those
sections of our trails that are exposed to sun are being consumed as I write. The forecast has
temperatures above freezing and sunny skies for the rest of the week. Some sections of our
system remain quite rideable but many sections are down to dirt. Road crossings are dry and
south facing exposures are mostly mud and snirt. We are classifying the trail system as POOR to
FAIR depending on where you are. Wish I had better news but all we can do is pray for snow.
Hoping this isn’t the end, let’s all “Think Snow”!
